We collect only the data needed to respond to enquiries and to perform our services:
- Contact and business data — name, company, job title, business e-mail address, telephone or WhatsApp number.
- Shipment data — product, volumes, loading and delivery addresses, Incoterms, consignee and notify-party details, and the names of contact persons at loading and discharge.
- Contract and invoicing data — company registration and VAT details, billing address and payment records.
- Correspondence — the content of e-mails, messages and quotation requests you send us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically when you use this website (see section 08).
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data and ask you not to submit them through our forms.
03Purposes and legal bases
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
05International transfers
By the nature of international freight, shipment data may be transferred to recipients in the countries of origin, transit and destination, including countries outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers are carried out on the basis of the performance of the contract with you or appropriate safeguards provided by applicable law.

- Contract, shipment and invoicing records — for the period required by accounting, tax and customs legislation.
- Analytics data — for the lifetime of the relevant cookie, as described in section 08.
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
